Do I need to install any software?
No installation required! 24HSPORT runs entirely in your web browser. Simply visit our website, log in, and start watching. For Smart TV users, we also offer IPTV setup guides in our tutorials section.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile > Subscription settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted access. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your subscription settings. We'll send you a reminder email before each renewal.

Streaming & Quality

What streaming quality is available?
24HSPORT offers multiple quality options: 360p, 720p, 1080p (Full HD), and selected content in 4K. Our adaptive streaming technology automatically adjusts quality based on your internet speed, or you can manually select your preferred resolution in the player settings.
What internet speed do I need?
For smooth streaming, we recommend: 3 Mbps for 360p, 5 Mbps for 720p HD, 10 Mbps for 1080p Full HD, and 25 Mbps for 4K content. You can check your speed at speedtest.net.
Why is my stream buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by slow or unstable internet connection. Try these solutions: (1) Lower the stream quality in the player settings, (2) Close other bandwidth-heavy applications, (3) Connect via ethernet instead of WiFi, (4) Try a different server (Global/Asia) using the server selector below the player, (5) Refresh the page or try a different browser.
Can I watch on multiple devices simultaneously?
Yes! VIP subscribers can stream on multiple devices at the same time. However, sharing your account credentials with others is against our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
What is the difference between Global and Asia servers?
We offer two server groups for optimal performance. Global servers are optimized for viewers in Europe, Americas, and Africa. Asia servers are optimized for viewers in Asia-Pacific. Choose the server closest to your location for the best experience.

Content & Schedule

What sports are available?
24HSPORT covers a wide range of sports including: Football (Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, Serie A, Bundesliga, and more), Basketball (NBA, EuroLeague), Tennis (Grand Slams, ATP/WTA), Formula 1, Boxing, UFC/MMA, Cricket, Rugby, and many more.
Where can I see the match schedule?
Upcoming matches are displayed on our homepage under the "Upcoming" section. You can also browse by sport or league. Match times are automatically converted to your local timezone.
Can I watch replays of past matches?
Yes! Most events are available as replays shortly after they end. Visit our Replay section to browse recent matches. Replays are typically available for 7-14 days after the original broadcast.
What TV channels are available?
24HSPORT provides access to premium sports channels from around the world, including channels from the UK, US, Portugal, and more. Visit our Live TV section to browse all available channels organized by region.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address from Profile > Account Details. You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.
How do I log in on my Smart TV?
We offer a convenient QR code login feature. On the Smart TV or any secondary device, go to the login page and select "Login with Phone". Scan the QR code with your phone camera — your TV will automatically sign in once authenticated.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers (PayPal, etc.) using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Troubleshooting

The stream is not loading. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Refresh the page, (2) Clear your browser cache, (3) Try a different browser, (4) Disable any ad blockers or VPNs, (5) Switch to a different server (Global/Asia), (6) Check if your subscription is active. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
I see a black screen with no video.
A black screen usually indicates a codec issue or browser incompatibility. Make sure your browser is up to date. Try using Chrome or Edge for the best compatibility. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it as some VPN services can interfere with streaming.
Audio is working but no video (or vice versa).
This is typically a browser or hardware acceleration issue. Try: (1) Disable hardware acceleration in your browser settings, (2) Update your graphics drivers, (3) Try a different browser. If using Safari on Mac, try Chrome instead.
How do I report a broken stream?
If a stream is not working, you can: (1) Click the report button below the player, (2) Submit a support ticket at our Support page, or (3) Email us at [email protected] with the match name and time of the issue.
