4.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your selected plan (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including PayPal and other payment processors. You agree to provide valid and current payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle, and we will provide at least 30 days advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using 24HSPORT, you agree NOT to:
Share, redistribute, or publicly broadcast any streams or content
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, DRM, or security measures
Record, download, or capture any streaming content
Use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Important: Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Content & Intellectual Property

7.2 By 24HSPORT
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
24HSPORT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
